Todd Lane
Todd brings a twenty-five year career in corporate with the unique position of directly hiring and leading over 200 early career individuals. Having sat in the hiring seat and seeing what sets early career talent apart, Todd knows the difference between a student who is qualified and one who is career-ready. Todd knows what employers want to see on a resume, he knows how to stand out in an interview, and he knows what it takes to get on the fast track once you land the job. He has seen it all as he has spent his career in corporate with early career talent. Todd helps students maximize their time in college to ensure they have a resume that resonates with hiring managers, and he then knows how to ensure they are interview and job-ready.

Kristie Douglass
Kristie began her career in an entry level role and advanced into senior leadership in under a decade, becoming one of the youngest leaders in her organization and ranking within the top five percent of leadership company wide. Her rapid progression was driven by intentional skill building, strong professional habits, and strategic relationship building.
With thirteen years of experience refining the strategies that accelerated her own path, she now teaches students the same high impact approaches. At MAP Differential, Kristie gives students the practical blueprints that help them step confidently into the corporate world and begin their careers with real momentum.
