Together, they offer a rare dual perspective: what employers value and what truly drives early momentum, giving students a clear, trusted path into the corporate world.

Todd Lane

Todd brings twenty‑five years in corporate leadership and the rare vantage point of having hired and managed more than 200 early career professionals. Through that experience, he has seen exactly what separates a student who looks qualified from one who is truly career ready. He understands what stands out on a resume, what wins interviews, and what puts someone on the fast track once they land the job.

He now uses that insight to help students maximize their time in college, guiding them to build meaningful experiences, develop professional polish, and step confidently into both interviews and their first roles.

Kristie Douglass

Kristie began her career in an entry level role and advanced into senior leadership in under a decade, becoming one of the youngest leaders in her organization and ranking within the top five percent of leadership company wide. Her rapid rise was fueled by intentional skill building, strong professional habits, and the ability to form strategic relationships that accelerated her trajectory.

The roots of that momentum were built in college, where she maximized every opportunity to learn and lead. She served as Student Marshal of her graduating class, led the College of Communications Mentor Program, edited the university yearbook, gave campus tours, and founded a volunteer organization. These experiences gave her the ability to build a compelling narrative, form meaningful connections, and translate involvement into standout interviews. Today, she brings those practical blueprints to students through MAP Differential, helping them build the foundation for their own accelerated paths.
